Funding agencies are Govt. or Non Govt. body providing monitory grants for scientific research areas like Science and Technology, Social Sciences, etc to encourage institutions to implement policies to promote integrity in all aspects of the research. Various funding agencies are available which provide grants for a research in various fields. The funding agency has its own policy and dictates how the funds may be used, what deliverables are expected and reports are required.
